Harut Simonian, the newest addition to the Loan Titan family, was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley - from the hills of Twin Lakes to the gates of Burbank’s studio strip. He holds a bachelor’s degree in acting from UCSB’s conservatory program and brings an extensive background in property development, real estate investment, and film production to his work in lending. That combination gives him a nuanced approach to financing, whether it’s a first home for creative professionals or an investment property for mom-and-pop developers. In his free time, Harut soaks up the sun on beach days, hunts for the next book worth reading more than once, and auditions for the next story to live in.
